Angel
the seat hurts my vaginal area is there any way to cure that
Answer
Well, they do make special bike shorts for women, and men, too, that have a gel pad in the crotch area that makes riding a bike, or an exercise bike, MUCH more comfortable (see link, below).
Also, for what it's worth, my girlfriend used to sometimes wear a maxi-pad when we went out for a bike ride, and she said that that helped a lot.
Also, look under the seat on the exercise bike to see if it's adjustable in any way, and if it is, believe it or not, try adjusting it so that the nose of the saddle points up, because that will actually force you to sit back further and that relieves the pressure!
Good luck!...

Krissy
im thinking of going to the gym but then i thought that i have to pay $20 everyweek. would it better if i just buy exercise bike? treadmill? its way cheaper
Answer
It definitely is but this also depends on your goals. If you're just trying to trim down a bit, a bike or treadmill may be enough. But if you want to reach the next level, a gym is required b/c there are a lot of free weights. Lean muscle helps boost your metabolism.
