if your ver overweight and have a lot of leg fat would the stationary bike make them thinner no bulky?
Answer
The stationary bike is my favorite! I bought one over a year ago, after using it for about 3 months, I lost 30lbs! I just set it up in my living room & worked on the preset workout options on the bike. I started with the 20 minute work out and after a month of use, I was doing 40-60 minute rides almost everyday. I definitely would recommend doing at least a 5-10 minute warm up & cool down after the rides or your legs will kill you.
I also just bought some 5lbs dumbbells & looked up some shoulder/arm exercises online. I ate healthier, it's easier than you might think. After you start working out for a while, your body seems to lose some of its cravings. You don't have to get a fancy gym membership to lose some weight! Good luck & hope I helped! :)

Does 40 minutes of exercise everyday on a stationary bike would make you lose weight?
Cynthia
I am slightly chubby and so I wanted to cut off these few extra pounds and I was wondering if 40 minutes of exercise on a stationary bike would worth all the time that I will spend on it.
Answer
Yes, as long as you are eating enough. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm find how many calories you need. Eat maintenance for days when you exercise, and fat loss (not extreme fat loss since too low amount of calories will stop weight loss) for days when you don't exercise. Get 30-45 min of exercise a day 5 days a week, 2 days rest. Eat healthy 5-6 days a week and the remaining days eat junk if you have to but still make sure you stay within calorie limits of maintenance. Also drink a lot of water.
