Anyone know how much it would cost to hire Sports Authority to get an exercise bike assembled(which I purchased from them online)? It says they do it, just wondering how much.

What are some good exercises to do at a gym? I am 6'0" and weigh 223. I am starting to go to the gym today and I was wondering what were some good exercises to do to tone up all parts of my body? I was also wondering if anyone knew what my ideal weight should be?

What do you plan on doing at the gym? Lose weight? Tone up? Better cardiovascular? Well, to start with, you need to: begin warmup exercises(jumping jacks, jogging in place, riding a stationary bike, etc.) Next, pick a part of the body to train (upper body, lower body, back, arms, quads, delts, bicepts, etc.) Be sure to rest in between sets and also drink lots of water. Also, remember to stretch in between sets as well. I would suggest you begin with the weight machines if you are not used to working out, and look into hiring a personal trainer or fitness coach to help you out. I have been working out with a personal trainer for about 4 years now and have made great strides towards my perfect physique. My body fat level is down to 4% now and am ripped and shreadded...Good luck and hopefully one day you will achieve the goal I have achieved now...
